What we collect

When you fill out an estimate request on this site, call us, text us, or message us on Facebook, you may give us:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• The address or location of the property the work is on
• Details you choose to tell us about the job — tree count, size, access, timeline
• Photos you send us of the work you need done

The estimate form on this site opens your own email app and sends the message from your email account to morganstreellc@gmail.com. Nothing is stored on this website itself.

How we use it

Only to do your job — reach you about your estimate, schedule the work, bill you, and follow up afterward. Nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers. We do not add you to a mailing list or send marketing. We do not use it to advertise to you anywhere, and we do not build a profile on you.

Who else sees it

Only people who need it to do your job: our own crew, and occasionally a subcontractor or equipment operator we bring in for a specific task. Our email is hosted by Google, so messages you send us live in a Gmail inbox under Google's own privacy terms. We may also share information if the law requires it, or if it's needed to protect someone's safety or settle a dispute.

Photos of the work

We often photograph our finished work and post it on this site and on our Facebook page. We don't include your name or address with those photos. If you'd rather we didn't photograph your property at all, just tell us — before or after the job — and we'll leave it out or take it down.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The one thing it stores is whether you picked the light or dark version of the page, kept in your own browser so the site remembers next time — it never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it. Two parts of the page are loaded from outside services, the way most websites do it: the typeface comes from Google Fonts, and the service-area map's images come from OpenStreetMap. Neither is given anything about you, but because your browser fetches those files directly, those companies can see your IP address and the fact that a page on this site was opened — the same as on any other site that uses them. Their own privacy terms cover what they do with that. If we ever add analytics or anything else that watches visitors, we'll update this page before we turn it on.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and job records as long as we need them for our books, taxes, insurance, and warranty questions. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we're required to keep a record of the transaction.

Children

This is a service for property owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
